Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers across HR functions. You will support onboarding, performance management, HR operations, and policy adherence in a fast-paced, expanding environment.

The role emphasizes employee experience, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience assisting various HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload, balance priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive projects to completion.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Assist with performance management and corrective action processes.
• Advance employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, status changes, and HR transactions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments to support needs.
• Assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
• Support annual performance reviews and recognition programs.
• Complete HR projects from planning to completion.
• Assist with system implementations and policy rollouts.
• Support acquisition integration activities and employee transitions.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure timely deliverables.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards.
