Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to support employees and managers across multiple HR functions. The role focuses on employee experience, policy adherence, performance management, project management, and HR operations in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage competing priorities while partnering with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Support managers with performance documentation and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
