Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support employees and managers across multiple HR functions. The role focuses on employee experience, policy adherence, and process improvement, requiring organization and proactive collaboration with leaders in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience assisting onboarding, employee relations support, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Provide mentorship on policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
• Support managers with performance documentation and corrective actions.
• Advance complex employee relations matters to HR leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Process status changes and HR transactions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments.
• Assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
