Qualifications

• 2-3 years HR experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Experience with onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Assist with performance management documentation and corrective action processes.
• Advance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.
• Coordinate audits and compliance-related activities.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
