Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field plus 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
• Payroll processing and benefits administration experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations.
• Experience supporting multi-state employment and HR compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations and HR matters.
• Support managers with performance concerns, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Maintain employee policies and handbook content; ensure legal compliance.
• Manage HR records and documentation; ensure multi-state compliance.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain HRIS data; handle reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and staffing with hiring managers.
• administer benefits programs and liaise with providers.
• Develop job descriptions and performance evaluation processes.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
