Job summary

Oliver Inc in Twinsburg, Ohio is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our manufacturing operation. This hands-on role serves as the primary onsite HR resource for about 60 employees, handling payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, strong payroll knowledge, benefits administration, and proficiency with HR technology.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong payroll and timekeeping knowledge.
• Experience administering employee benefits, including health, welfare plans and 401(k).
• Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for Twinsburg facility.
• Administer benefits programs and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS and personnel records; run standard reports.
• Serve as onsite HR contact for employees and supervisors.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and new hire processing.
• Assist with compliance and employee relations as needed.
