Basic Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR needs for employees and managers. This on-site role in Cambridge, OH offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR areas, from payroll and benefits to onboarding and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, collaborate with managers, and escalate issues when needed. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred, with 3–5 years of HR experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a small-to-mid-sized organization.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with employee relations, benefits, onboarding, recruiting and employee records.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance to managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage benefits enrollment, changes and terminations; serve as primary contact for benefits questions.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule; review time, PTO, salary changes and deductions.
• Assist with recruiting, posting jobs, coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
