Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute HR operations for client engagements.
• Lead client transitions and ensure smooth HR function integration.
• Be first contact for escalated HR matters and compliance inquiries.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure proper documentation.
• Manage payroll processes and related data accuracy across platforms.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, renewals, and compliance tasks.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and employment laws.
