Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll administration and timekeeping processes.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes, including retirement and life insurance.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation (I-9 and E-Verify).
• Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations as needed.
• Maintain confidential employee information and HR data in the HRIS.
• Assist with performance management processes and compliance initiatives.
