Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, performance management and workforce planning in an industrial setting. You will work closely with HR and operational leadership in a hands-on role.

The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 with a generous annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including employer‑supported medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting with employee relations focus.
• Ability to partner with HR and operational leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Immediate start; multi-step interview process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior HR resource for complex employee relations matters, including disputes.
• Conduct and oversee workplace investigations on policy/compliance.
• Partner with HR and operational leaders on labor and employee-relations matters.
• Coach leaders on performance management and development; succession planning.
• Support rollout of HR programs, process improvements, and change management.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and compensation records.
• Assist staffing, training and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Advise employees and leadership on policies and regulations.
• Review workforce data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting initiatives.
• Mentor other HR professionals as needed.

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years HR experience (Generalist)
