Job Description

The HR Generalist will support several locations and functional groups, partnering closely with managers and employees. This role covers recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and project support in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings and support broader hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new‑hire processes.
• Serve as a primary HR contact for multiple sites.
• Assist in employee relations matters and participate in investigations.
• Support leave management, workers’ compensation, and return‑to‑work processes.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and assist with reporting and analytics.
• Contribute to HRIS tasks in ADP and SuccessFactors.
• Support employee engagement efforts and training needs.
• Partner on HR projects, process improvements, and change management.
• Travel up to 25% to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of HR experience; ideal for someone ready for a step up.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong Excel and HRIS experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.
• Clear growth path toward Senior HR Generalist.
• Exposure to new projects, acquisitions, and additional site ownership.
