Job summary

Mackay Communications, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time onsite Senior HR Generalist to support worldwide HR operations, benefit administration, compensation analysis, compliance, and recruitment tracking.

Under the VP of HR, the S-HRG will design and implement HR initiatives, monitor recruiting activity, ensure policy adherence, and handle clerical tasks including offers and records. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of corporate HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years as HR Generalist in a corporate environment.
• Global HR experience preferred.
• 1+ year of recruiting experience in recruiting support.
• Commitment to working cohesively with your manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Follow Mackay’s policies and procedures.
• Execute assigned HR projects within deadlines.
• Perform clerical duties: filing, records, invoices, offer letters, and updating recruiting status spreadsheets.
• Assist recruiting with candidate screening, interviews, testing, and reporting.
• Monitor the internet for fraudulent job posts.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
