Actuarial Management Resources, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day people operations in an onsite setting in Winston-Salem, NC.

You will coordinate core HR activities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR/people operations experience.
• Familiarity with employment laws and standard HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Identify staffing needs with hiring managers and support the selection process.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and completion of employment documentation.
• Coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification.
• Serve as the primary contact for HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Assist with workplace conflicts, complaints, and performance-related concerns.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and professional work environment.
• Support administration of employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA and other protected leave.
• Maintain confidential benefits and leave records and ensure accuracy of employee records.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support policy development, handbook updates, and HR procedure communication.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate data and timely HR changes.
• Submit and verify employee status changes.
• Coordinate employee separation procedures, exit interviews, and return of company property.
• Analyze employee feedback and HR trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
