A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a corporate HR Generalist role and at least one year of experience supporting recruiting activities. Hands-on experience administering employee benefits and coordinating annual open enrollment is essential. Applicants should also have a working knowledge of payroll processes, employee data changes, and employment law compliance. Global or multi-country HR experience is strongly preferred, particularly for candidates who have supported teams across different locations or operational requirements.

The employer is committed to fair and equitable employment practices. Applicants will be considered based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to perform the responsibilities of the role, without discrimination in accordance with applicable law.
