Qualifications

• Five years of corporate HR Generalist experience.
• At least one year supporting recruiting activities.
• Experience administering benefits and coordinating annual open enrollment.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and employment law compliance.
• Global or multi-country HR experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment processes.
• Assist with payroll data changes and provide information for compensation analysis.
• Partner with recruiting to screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and set up assessments.
• Track hiring activity across global locations and maintain recruiting status reports.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee experience.
• Maintain employee and applicant records per procedures and requirements.
• Process invoices and complete general HR tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance efforts related to labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor job boards for fraudulent postings and escalate concerns as needed.
• Identify gaps in HR workflows and help the team maintain reliable processes.
