Job summary

• 5+ years of HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience.
• Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
• Benefits administration experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in a manufacturing environment and have a strong foundation in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and general HR support.
