• Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
• Benefits administration experience is a plus.

Beacon Hill is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the Crystal Lake area to identify a Senior HR Generalist. This position will play a key role in supporting both talent acquisition and day-to-day Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a manufacturing environment and have a strong foundation in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and general HR support. This is an opportunity to join a stable organization where you'll initially focus on hiring initiatives while gaining ownership of broader HR functions over time.
