We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building talent pipelines, strengthening HR processes, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead and continuously improve the full-cycle recruitment process, from employer branding and sourcing through interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and sourcing channels, including social media, to attract high-quality internal and external talent.
- Partner with leadership to anticipate future workforce needs, develop sustainable talent pipelines, and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and labor market conditions, providing insights that support workforce planning and informed recruitment decisions.
- HR Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and international employment laws, labor standards, and internal HR policies.
- Conduct employee case investigations and support disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide backup support for payroll administration during the HR Manager's absence.
- Maintain accurate and timely employee records and ADP information, ensuring proper documentation and data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence to standardize, digitize, and improve HR processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support company-wide HR initiatives, including performance management, organizational change, and culture development projects.
- Learning & Development
- Design and implement periodic and annual learning and development programs aligned with organizational priorities and employee growth opportunities.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, monitor participation, and evaluate training effectiveness through performance and engagement outcomes.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks and talent maps to support employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Support the development and effective utilization of the ADP Learning & Development module, providing key-user support and guidance to trainers.
- Data-Driven HR & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor, analyze, and report key HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use HR data and insights to support strategic decision-making, enhance employee engagement, and improve workforce planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen HR service delivery and align people strategies with business needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment legislation, and labor standards. Experience with international mobility practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, including employer branding, recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Practical knowledge of modern recruitment tools, systems, and sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and Workable.
- Hands-on experience in learning and development, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
- A proactive, accountable, and results-oriented approach, combined with strategic thinking and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels in a dynamic and flexible environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
