• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience.
• Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
• Benefits administration experience is a plus.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and salaried positions.
• Partner with managers on hiring, workforce planning, and onboarding.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist with training, engagement, and other HR programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR reporting.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for leaders and employees across the organization.
