• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build credibility and develop relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

This role will serve as a key business partner to operations leadership and employees, supporting a wide range of human resources functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HR process improvement.

Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities:
