Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Illinois is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The role will initially focus on recruitment initiatives and soon expand to broader HR functions, partnering with managers to drive workforce planning and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR Generalist/BP experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of employee relations and compliance, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience.
• Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
• Benefits administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and salaried positions
• Partner with managers on hiring, workforce planning, and onboarding
• Support employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
• Assist with training, engagement, and other HR programs
• Maintain employee records and HR reporting
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for leaders and employees across the organization
