Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities supporting daily HR operations and department initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation and information tracking.
• Maintain accurate employee information and personnel records with confidentiality.
• Support HR compliance by organizing records and assisting with reporting.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets and HR-related data using Excel and other tools.
• Assist with performance review cycles and compensation processes.
• Maintain organizational charts and internal HR resources.
• Review correspondence and documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with HR team on projects and deadlines to improve workflows.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
