Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of HR compliance experience.

• Monitor changes in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; ensure updates to Firm policies.
• Lead HR compliance documentation, governance, and policy development.
• Plan internal audits of HR processes and manage risk.
• Oversee mandatory HR compliance training programs and certification tracking.
• Produce HR compliance and training metrics for leadership review.
• Align HR compliance with Workday configurations and HR systems.
