Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
• PHR/SPHR or similar certification preferred
• 10+ years HR compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Lead employment compliance and policy development across the firm.
• Monitor federal, state, and local laws; update policies accordingly.
• Advise HR, leadership, and stakeholders on compliance risks.
• Coordinate audits, training, and reporting.
• Oversee HR training programs including harassment prevention.
