You’ll oversee training programs, reporting, and governance, ensuring audit readiness and effective communication across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• 10+ years of HR compliance experience in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead employment compliance programs across federal, state, and local laws.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to assess compliance risks and advise on policy updates.
• Plan and conduct internal HR audits and risk mitigations.
• Develop and govern HR policies, procedures, and training content.
• Coordinate with Office of General Counsel on HR compliance matters.
• Monitor training completion and maintain compliance documentation.
