Job summary

Crowe in the United States is seeking an HR Compliance Senior Associate to oversee labor and employment law compliance, contractor lifecycle management, and multi‑jurisdictional requirements. You will collaborate with Talent, Legal and Finance to interpret regulations, update policies, and support audits and remediation.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of HR compliance experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and certification in HR compliance or employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, legal studies, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on HR compliance experience across employment law and regulatory duties.
• Professional certification in HR compliance or employment law is preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CCEP).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employment law compliance support across jurisdictions by researching requirements, assessing risk, and resolving questions with Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies, procedures, communications, and internal controls.
• Assist with compliance reviews, risk assessments, audits, and remediation; prepare HR reports and filings.
• Oversee HR compliance mailbox and coordinate timely responses to inquiries, RFPs, questionnaires, audits, and due diligence requests.
• Lead contractor compliance and lifecycle oversight, including worker classification reviews, oversight of SOWs and engagements, and offboarding.
• Support ADA accommodation follow-up and coordinate related documentation and escalation.
