Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Senior Associate to support labor and employment law compliance across jurisdictions. You will oversee contractor management, lifecycle processes, and risk assessments, partnering with Legal, Talent, and Finance to implement controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or legal studies.
3–5+ years of hands-on HR compliance experience.
Preferred: HR compliance or employment law certification.
Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational orgs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day employment law compliance support across jurisdictions.
Monitor regulatory developments and update policies and trainings.
Lead contractor compliance lifecycle including classification reviews and offboarding.
Coordinate HR compliance inquiries, client RFPs, and due diligence responses.
Support ADA accommodation follow-up and global background investigations.
