Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partnerships to lead the HRBP team and drive people strategies that support organizational performance and the employee experience. This role partners with leaders to address workforce needs, organizational challenges, and talent priorities while ensuring consistent, high-quality HRBP service delivery.

The position also serves as a strategic HR partner for assigned functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, will consider a high school diploma in combination with more years of experience.
10+ years of HR consulting or business partnership experience influencing senior leaders.
4-6 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in an operations-based environment with shifting priorities.
Experience in an HRBP and Center of Excellence model.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team and align resources with priorities.
Develop people strategies for workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement.
Assess workforce requirements, capability gaps, succession, and critical roles.
Coach leaders on performance, employee relations, compensation, promotions.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, scalability, and service delivery.
Strengthen partnerships with Talent Acquisition for integrated support.
