Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a seasoned Manager, HR Business Partnerships to lead the HRBP team and drive people strategies across the organization. You will partner with leaders to address workforce needs, talent priorities, and organizational design while delivering high-quality HR services.

The role requires 10+ years in HR consulting or business partnerships, 4–6 years of leadership, and experience in regulated environments. Join a company committed to safety and excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; high school diploma with experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive HR consulting or business partnership experience.
• 4–6 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in operations-based environments with rapidly changing priorities.
• Experience operating within an HR Business Partner and Center of Excellence model.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team and align resources with HR initiatives.
• Develop and execute people strategies supporting workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, engagement, development, and organizational design.
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce requirements, capability gaps, succession needs, and critical roles.
• Coach and advise leaders on performance, employee relations, compensation, promotions, organizational leveling, and talent movement.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, programs, scalability, and service delivery.
• Strengthen partnerships between HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver integrated organizational support.
• Serve as the HR Business Partner for assigned functions, as needed.
