Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR/Business fields preferred.
• Progressive HR experience with independent business partnership responsibilities.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR advisor to directors, VPs, and leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design.
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and change management across locations.
• Coach senior leaders through performance management, employee development, and difficult employment decisions.
• Partner with HR teams to deliver scalable HR solutions and drive talent initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
