Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced HRBP III to serve as a senior HR advisor to leaders across the organization, aligning workforce strategies with business goals and guiding complex employee relations matters. This role leads workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and change management across multiple locations.

It mentors junior HR staff and partners with recruiting, compensation, payroll, safety, and learning to deliver scalable HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent combinations considered.
• Minimum of four years of progressive HR experience with advisory responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior HR advisor to directors, VPs, and leaders on workforce strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations investigations and risk mitigation.
• Coach leaders and develop programmes with HR and learning teams.
• Analyze workforce data and present insights to executives.
