Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced HRBP III to serve as a senior HR advisor to leaders across the organization. You will partner with directors and VPs to align workforce strategies with business goals, support complex employee relations, and drive talent initiatives that strengthen leadership, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This role oversees workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and change management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
Equivalent combos of education, certifications, and progressive HR experience may be considered.
Minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR experience with strong business partnership.
Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning, org effectiveness and change.
Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce strategy and organizational design.
Lead employee relations investigations and risk mitigation in partnership with counsel.
Drive workforce planning, succession readiness, and leadership development.
Coach managers on performance, development, and workplace issues.
Analyze workforce data to inform business decisions and improve retention.
