Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Human Resources Business Partner III to serve as a senior HR advisor to leaders across the organization. You will align workforce strategies with business goals, handle complex employee relations, and drive talent initiatives for leadership development and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR experience with significant business partnership responsibilities
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change
• Spanish language proficiency preferred, bilingual English/Spanish advantageous
• Experience supporting multi-site construction, industrial, manufacturing, or field-service environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to directors, VPs, and leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design
• Lead and conduct complex employee relations investigations and risk mitigation
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
• Coach senior leaders and managers on performance management and leadership development
• Analyze workforce metrics and present insights to leadership with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions across locations
