Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced HRBP III to serve as a senior HR advisor to operational and functional leaders across the organization, aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals and driving talent initiatives that strengthen leadership, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR experience with significant independent business partnership responsibilities.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
• Experience coaching managers on performance management and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Advise directors, VPs, and leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution efforts in partnership with legal when needed.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession, and organizational development across multiple locations.
• Influence compensation, promotions, and career development in collaboration with HR partners.
