Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner III to act as a senior HR advisor to leaders across the organization. You will align workforce strategies with goals, support employee relations, and drive talent initiatives to strengthen leadership, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and HR experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with directors and leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and risk mitigation.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Coach senior leaders on performance, development, and retention decisions.
• Analyze workforce data to influence business decisions and HR initiatives.
• Improve HR processes and ensure consistent policy application across locations.
• Mentor HRBP I and II team members and support capability development.
