Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced HRBP III to serve as a senior HR advisor to leaders across the organization. The role partners with directors and executives to align workforce strategies with business goals, drive talent initiatives, and strengthen leadership, engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience with business partnership responsibilities.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience coaching managers on performance and employee development.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR partnership to directors, VPs and leaders across the organization.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and risk management.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning and change management.
• Coach senior leaders and mentors for HRBP I/II team development.
• Analyze workforce metrics and present insights to leadership for decision making.
• Lead HR process improvements across functions and ensure compliance.
