Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner III to serve as a senior HR advisor to directors, VPs, and business leaders, aligning workforce strategy with business goals and driving talent initiatives that strengthen leadership, retention, and engagement.

The HRBP III leads workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and change management across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience with business partnership responsibilities.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to directors, VPs, and leaders on workforce strategy and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management across multiple locations.
• Mentor junior HR professionals and collaborate with recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, safety, and learning teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.
