Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced HRBP III to serve as a senior HR advisor to operational and functional leaders across the organization.

This role partners closely with directors, VPs, and business leaders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals, support complex employee relations matters, and drive talent initiatives that strengthen leadership, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and progressive HR experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with directors, VPs, and leaders to align workforce strategy and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and risk mitigation with HR leadership and legal when appropriate.
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and change management across locations.
• Influence compensation, promotion, and talent decisions in partnership with compensation and recruiting teams.
• Analyze workforce metrics and build reports/dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with recruiting, benefits, payroll, safety, and learning to deliver integrated HR solutions.
