AAA Hoosier Motor Club is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic and hands-on partner across fleet operations, call centers, and service centers. You will balance business goals with employee advocacy, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience while supporting travel and insurance functions.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience in multi-site environments, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-site, service-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience supporting fleet, call center, or operations-heavy settings.
• Proven ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
• Willingness to travel regularly to local service locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Ensure policy compliance and lead OSHA and leave management activities.
• Support compensation planning and payroll/vendor coordination.
• Provide on-site HR support across locations as needed.
