AAA Washington seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to strategically partner with business unit leaders and HR leadership, driving decisions and improving HR processes from an organizational perspective. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, policy and system implementations, and strong collaboration to support company objectives.

The position requires a BA in HR or related field with 5+ years in HR, preferably with travel/insurance exposure, and SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience in travel or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, leave management, recognition and development.
• Oversee HR process creation and continuous improvement using metrics and data.
• Partner with HR leadership on complex policy, compensation or systems implementations.
• Analyze business unit data to identify trends and propose solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience.
• Ensure data integrity of all HR-related transactions in HRIS and related systems.
• Develop recommendations and assist with implementation of HR programs and strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and collaborate with legal to ensure compliance.
