Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive HR experience across multiple sites.
• At least 3 years in HR business partnering.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems.
• Ability to translate national strategies to local/regional levels.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Labor laws and HR compliance knowledge.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Travel 50-60%, permanent, benefits eligible.
