Avolta is seeking a Field HR Business Partner B (HRBP) for the Baltimore area to lead HR operations across branches with strong sales volume. You will advise on engagement, retention, training, and labor relations while partnering with regional leadership to align HR policies with business needs.

You will manage HR staff, drive recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation, and ensure compliance with CBAs and local regulations. This exempt role reports to the Regional HR Director.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent.
• Requires the ability to analyze information to recommend resolutions to complex problems and strategic challenges.
• Requires the technical HR knowledge associated with obtaining and maintaining a SPHR certification or equivalent.
• Requires 7-10 years of experience in HR with 3-5 years of HR management experience, including supervision of other HR staff.
• Requires demonstrated competency in the development of HR strategies and associate engagement.
• Requires ability to communicate effectively and write clearly.
• Requires ability to build collaborative partnerships and work with other departments.
• Requires strong knowledge of employment-related regulations.

Mansioni

• Develops trusted advisor relationship with Sr. Director of Operations.
• Advises on engagement, retention, training and discipline issues and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Establishes a visible HR presence within branches and among associates at all levels.
• Directs HR staff to address Associate Relations issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintains positive labor relations; participates in arbitrations, grievances, and contract negotiations.
• Partners with Loss Prevention, Accounting, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Directs recruiting lifecycle at the location(s).
• Oversees onboarding, orientation, and training delivery.
• Communicates with peers and Regional HRD about HR state across locations.
• Keeps up with HR regulatory trends and provides counsel accordingly.
• Conducts confidential HR investigations.
• Ensures compliance with laws, CBAs, and HR policies.
• Mentors other HR professionals on site.
