Avolta in New Orleans area is seeking a Field HR Business Partner B (HRBP), the senior HR role for a branch or multiple branches with high sales volume. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Operations to align HR strategies with business needs and lead the HR function at location(s).

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in management, SPHR certification or equivalent, and ability to travel up to 50%.

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR with 3–5 years of HR management experience.
• SPHR certification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and writing skills.
• Ability to travel nationally/regionally up to 50%.

Mansioni

• Develops and maintains trusted advisor relationship with Sr Director of Operations.
• Advises on engagement, retention, training and discipline issues and identifies trends for improvement.
• Establishes visible HR presence within branches and among associates at all levels.
• Directs HR staff to address Associate Relations issues and escalate as needed.
• Manages labor relations, arbitrations and contract negotiations; ensures understanding of CBAs.
• Partners with other departments to support operations’ objectives.
• Leads recruiting lifecycle at locations and delivers onboarding/training.
• Communicates with HRD on HR state and trends.
