Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to mentor plant operations leaders on performance management, employee relations and engagement, while guiding HR best practices across the Dayton site.

The role drives workforce strategies, ensures policy compliance, administers compensation and benefits, and partners with frontline leaders to train and develop teams for operational excellence and safe production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Proven coaching/mentoring abilities and conflict management skills.
• Experience with change management and data analytics.
• Ability to work across shifts and support off-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and consult for plant operations leaders on performance, employee relations and engagement.
• Execute workforce strategies and maintain policy/compliance with government regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, policy administration.
• Support front line leader training and development across shifts.
• Partner with site stakeholders to drive engagement and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze metrics to inform workforce decisions and change initiatives.
• Lead HR initiatives and programs at the site, collaborating with HR teams.
