• Serve as a trusted adviser to operations managers.

• Provide daily advice on employee discipline, performance, retention, engagement, rewards, and recognition.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies, federal/state/local regulations, and union practices as applicable.
• Lead branch or area HR projects and support regional HR initiatives.
