Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Field HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve a branch or cluster with high sales volume. You will provide strategic and technical HR guidance, collaborating with the Regional HR Director to address trends and develop local HR policies.

This exempt role reports to the Regional HR Director with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Operations. You will lead HR staff, manage labor relations, and drive recruiting, onboarding and training across locations, with up to 50% regional

Qualifications

• Requires ability to analyze information to recommend resolutions to complex problems and strategic challenges.
• Requires competency in developing HR strategies and associate engagement.
• Requires ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively with associates.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with Sr. Director of Operations.
• Advises on engagement, retention, training and discipline issues and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Establishes a visible HR presence within branches and among associates at all levels.
• Directs HR staff to address Associate Relations issues and prevent escalation.
• Maintains knowledge of current HR laws and policies to ensure compliant service.
