Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client HR Business Partner III to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR experience and ADP product knowledge to solve critical business challenges. You will build rapport with external clients and internal partners, communicate clearly, and drive client satisfaction.

You will also provide recommendations, train clients on ADP solutions, and mentor less experienced colleagues while upholding ADP values and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include military experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients using HR experience and ADP product expertise.
• Solve client problems, identify solutions, and provide training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Share knowledge with less experienced consultants and specialists at ADP.
