Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic advisor and general manager of people strategy for assigned business units. You will translate business goals into workforce capability, organizational design, and talent investments.

You will partner with senior leaders and COEs to drive workforce planning, change leadership, and data-driven decision making in a regulated healthcare environment. Leadership development and scale initiatives are key.

Qualifications

Design and own a People & Organization Operating Plan aligned to growth, quality, and member outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders influencing strategy with data and workforce insights.
Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and calibrated talent reviews across units.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the People & Organization Operating Plan for assigned units.
Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders on restructuring, market launches, AI implementation, and care model changes.
Lead data-driven workforce analysis to identify talent gaps and succession needs.
Co-design organizational solutions considering spans of control and role accountability.
Drive change management and organizational transformation to support growth.
Develop leadership capability across the business through coaching and targeted development.
