Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5-8 years in a customer service or human resources environment with proven positive results.
• College degree is preferred but not required; other relevant experiences accepted (e.g., military).

Responsabilités

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues for ADP's largest clients.
• Communicate and exceed client expectations with strong interpersonal and product knowledge.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients and internal teams on best practices.
