Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR Manager or HR Business Partner experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. employee benefits, renewals, and insurance provider relationships.
• Experience supporting full-cycle talent acquisition and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience owning or leading recruiting, including managing external agencies.
• Hands-on employee relations experience with discretion and judgment.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or HR tech initiatives for process improvement.
• Trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees balancing business needs.
• Experience coaching managers and leadership development.
• HR certification required (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• Experience supporting growing global or international organizations.
• Experience leading organizational change and workforce transformation.
• Experience implementing new HR programs and employee engagement strategies.
